Pizzeria 712 is by far the classiest, tastiest, and most environmentally-friendly food establishment in Utah County. It actually feels like you are going out for a night on the town, without the hefty price tag. I am obsessed with Pizzeria 712, so obsessed that I've eaten there almost every week since it opened. Our budget has a Pizzeria 712 slot. Their focus is sustainability and simple food. They have this quote by Alice Walters on their wall:
"When you have the best and tastiest ingredients, you can cook very
simply and the food will be extraordinary because it tastes like
what it is."
And they practice what they preach. I have loved every single thing on their menu, their short ribs and polenta, roasted squash with blue cheese salad, and panna cotta with winter fruit are my personal favorites. If you live in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by Pizzeria 712.
